LJDN Radio Network Podcast Sign‑Up AgreementEffective upon registrationThis Podcast Sign‑Up Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for individuals or organizations (“Podcaster”) who wish to host, produce, or broadcast a podcast through the LJDN Radio Network, including:LJDN Radio — Call Letters: WLJD‑DPLJDN Podcast Radio — Call Letters: WLJP‑DBDiamondPulse Media RadioOpulence RadioChristian Music & Podcast RadioBy registering, the Podcaster acknowledges and agrees to the following terms.
1. Eligibility RequirementsLJDN Radio and LJDN Podcast Radio are strictly reserved for independent artists and individuals in the theatrical or entertainment fields, including but not limited to:Independent musiciansActorsActressesComediansSpoken word artistsEntertainersPodcasters must be actively involved in one of these fields to qualify for placement on LJDN Radio or LJDN Podcast Radio.Gospel ExceptionGospel podcasts may be accepted regardless of entertainment field, but will be aired only on Sundays on the designated gospel programming channel.
2. Registration & ApprovalAll podcasts submitted for broadcast must undergo an approval process. The LJDN Radio Network reserves the right to accept or decline any podcast based on:ContentQualityProfessionalismAlignment with station standardsCompliance with eligibility requirements
3. Promotional Lead TimeThe Podcaster agrees to allow two to three (2–3) weeks of promotional time prior to the first official broadcast. This ensures proper marketing, scheduling, and audience awareness.
4. Content Ownership & Usage RightsThe Podcaster retains ownership of their original content; however, by participating in the LJDN Radio Network, the Podcaster grants the network a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to:Broadcast the podcastRe‑broadcast archived episodesUse podcast segments for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposesFeature the podcast on LJDN Radio Network websites, social media, and partner platformsUse podcast episodes to fill open airtime slots or programming gaps as neededThis license remains active for any content previously aired, even if the Podcaster later terminates participation.
5. Programming Flexibility & Airtime FillingThe Podcaster acknowledges that the LJDN Radio Network maintains full discretion over its programming schedule. This includes the right to:Re‑air previously submitted episodesUse podcast content to fill empty or unscheduled airtimeFeature episodes during themed programming, special events, or promotional blocksThese uses may occur without additional notice and do not constitute additional compensation.
6. Music Usage Within PodcastsIf the Podcaster includes any music within their podcast, they must have written permission from the copyright owner. Acceptable proof includes:An email granting permissionA signed statementA screenshot or image clearly showing permissionA license documentThe Podcaster is fully responsible for ensuring all music used is legally cleared.
7. Termination NoticeThe Podcaster agrees to provide a minimum of thirty (30) days written notice prior to terminating their participation. This allows the station adequate time to adjust scheduling, remove promotional materials, and update programming.
8. Broadcast ServicesThe LJDN Radio Network provides broadcast services for approved podcasts, including scheduling, rotation, promotional support, and platform placement. Additional services (editing, production, graphics, etc.) may be available through DiamondPulse Media at separate rates.
9. Live Podcast Disclaimer (Diamond Home Studio)For Podcasters participating in live recordings at Diamond Home Studio, the Podcaster acknowledges and agrees that:Diamond Home Studio is not responsible for personal property damage, loss, or theft.Diamond Home Studio is not liable for injuries sustained on the premises.Podcasters and guests enter the premises at their own risk.This clause is included to ensure clarity and protection for both parties.
10. Conduct & Professional StandardsThe Podcaster agrees to maintain professional conduct during all interactions with LJDN Radio Network staff, affiliates, and listeners. Hate speech, harassment, explicit illegal content, or material violating FCC guidelines may result in immediate removal without refund.
11. Compliance with Laws & PoliciesThe Podcaster agrees to comply with all applicable broadcasting laws, copyright regulations, and LJDN Radio Network policies. The Podcaster is responsible for ensuring they have rights to all music, audio clips, and materials used in their podcast.
12. Technical RequirementsPodcasters must ensure their submitted audio meets LJDN Radio Network’s technical standards, including:MP3 or WAV formatClear audio qualityNo excessive background noiseProper episode labelingLJDN Radio Network may request corrections before airing.
